In the event that you receive a defective product please keep all packaging. mailer, boxes, etc and send us an email at shopyayaslashes.com along with your name, email, order number and photos of the product in question.
if your product/products are deemed defective you will receive a store credit. We will email you within 3 days with further instructions.
